SQ1 Ignite is a dynamic 4-week program tailored to help founders rapidly start their business model validation process. Focused on the business model canvas, this program introduces new and early-stage entrepreneurs to the local support ecosystem, challenges them to test their business assumptions, connects them with mentors, and identifies crucial next steps for launching their business.
SQ1 Ignite is the ideal starting point for individuals in the concept stage of their entrepreneurial journey. Some participants may progress to apply for the SQ1 Boot Camp after completing the Ignite program.
Program Details
Application Period
Rolling applications accepted from December 15 to May 31.
Schedule
Participants are expected to attend 4 consecutive Monday night sessions, from 5:30pm-8:30pm. During this time, participants will receive business-related training & mentoring.

2026 Sessions Spring Cohort Sessions: February 23, March 2, 9, 16 Summer Cohort Sessions: June 1, 8, 15, 22
Fees
Program Fee: $50. Need-based scholarships are available; please inquire if applicable.
Prerequisites
Signed participant agreement, completion of all pre-class assignments.
