About this Event
Wavelength is a community for women leaders who want more than networking. They want clarity, connection, and the courage to step into what’s next. In May, we set aside time for structured, resource-rich conversations designed to help you work through what we are thinking about right now, without overthinking it or waiting for perfect clarity.
Together, we’ll engage in focused conversations across four areas (you'll get to choose your own adventure):
starting or changing direction
strategy and focus
friction points that are slowing you down
decision-making under real conditions
This is not a teaching session, and it’s not about being told what to do. Instead, you’ll have access to the right questions, in the right structure, to make your thinking usable.
We’ll spend time in the messy middle, the part of the process most people avoid. Where things are not fully clear, not fully formed, and not fully comfortable. It's a session on meta-cognition and skill-building.
Using Filament tools and guided conversation, you’ll:
work through a real challenge or decision
surface what’s actually getting in the way
and identify a simple, intentional experiment to try next
Not a full plan.
Not a complete overhaul.
Not a complete overhaul.
Just something real you can test.
Come as you are.
Leave with direction, momentum, and your people.
