About this Event
Explore how creative engagement boosts focus, reduces stress, and builds resilience, featuring MADE Makerspace.
For driven professionals, traditional “rest” doesn’t always feel restorative. In this engaging Lunch & Learn, Rachel King, Executive Director of MADE Makerspace, explores how hands-on creative engagement works differently, calming mental noise, sharpening focus, and restoring clarity in a way that supports sustainable performance.
We’ll dive into how creativity reduces stress, enhances problem solving, and builds long-term resilience. Together, we’ll reframe creativity not as a distraction, but as a practical, strategic tool for clarity, performance, and overall well-being.
This session will also highlight the role of creative environments and communities in making it easier to reconnect with creativity, offering space, tools, and encouragement that many adults don’t realize they’ve been missing.
Attendees will leave with actionable insights they can implement immediately, along with a renewed understanding of why having a creative outlet isn’t indulgent, it’s essential to success.
Lunch will be provided!
